To maintain the integrity of our pipeline, we only review opportunities that meet the following requirements:

• The opportunity must be a direct introduction from your personal or professional network, independent of syndication platforms or third-party deal aggregators.

• Referrers must not hold a financial interest, board seat, or material affiliation with the target entity at the time of introduction.

GGVP Inc. pays a flat sourcing fee of $500 for successful introductions that result in a closed investment and portfolio inclusion. To comply with SEC "Finder" regulations, we do not pay percentage-based commissions or transaction-based compensation to unlicensed individuals.
