Simple Venue is the parent company behind the Sushi By Bou restaurants and concept brands, focused on partnering with under-utilized spaces with revenue-generating speakeasy Omakase experiences.

It currently commands the Sushi By Bou brand along with the following concept brands: Sushi Suite, Fins and Scales (Kosher Omakase), Trust Bae (Filipino-Japanese Tasting Menu), Boutique (Cocktail Bar), Bosqe (Coffee & Flowers), Dos Hombres (Cocktail Bar), and Disco Sushi (Private Event Space).

There are currently 25 locations across New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Florida. 13 locations are planned to open in existing markets, with expansion plans for Boston, and Puerto Rico.
